How do I order?

Place your order using the form on the Order page. After I check the form, I will send you a confirmation message through your preferred form of contact.

Do I need to pre-order?

Pre-ordering is not necessary, but it is encouraged. That helps guarantee that I will have time to get to your order. However, I understand that last-minute orders happen (sometimes you just need a cookie!) so feel free to contact me for last-minute orders and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Do you do bulk orders?

Yes! Anything 3 dozen or above is considered a bulk order.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the order. I will contact you with exact shipping fees after receiving your order form and before confirming your order.

What is the delivery cost?

The delivery cost varies depending on where it is being delivered. I will contact you with exact delivery fees after receiving your order form and before confirming your order.

Where is pick-up?

The pick-up location is in Grahamsville, NY. I will provide you with the exact address before your pick-up date.

How do I pay?

For any order over a dozen, I will require a 50% down payment upon order confirmation. For anything less than a dozen, a down payment is not required, but is appreciated. I currently accept payment by cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo.
